• Drone Photography & Videography: Aerial content including 4K video recording, real estate aerials, and commercial shoots by licensed pilots.

• AI Automation Systems: AI-driven automations to enhance business operations.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all content, materials, and assets you provide do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in your service agreement or invoice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

4.3 Client-Provided Materials

You retain ownership of all materials, content, and assets you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of performing our services.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• All payments are due according to the terms specified in your invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to:

• Delays in receiving required materials, content, or feedback from you.
• Changes in project scope requested by you.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will communicate any significant delays and work with you to establish revised timelines.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. Significant changes to the project scope may require a revised quote and timeline.

8. Drone Photography & Videography Services

For drone services specifically, the following additional terms apply:

• All drone operations are conducted by FAA-licensed pilots in compliance with Part 107 regulations.
• Flight operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and local regulations.
• We reserve the right to reschedule flights due to unsafe conditions without penalty.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary property access permissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
